Join local artist, Theodora Harasymiw, for a magical mosaic workshop where you'll assemble your own Motanka doll out of glass, ceramic, beads, & broken china.
Dive into the enchanting world of Slavic Folk Art as you learn a new way to "weave" and assemble these beautiful, symbolic dolls using the medium of mosaic. With guided instruction, you will create a charming keepsake that embodies warmth, protection, and good fortune. This short but sweet session promises a heartwarming experience filled with Creativity & Cultural Discovery. For added meaning bring any ceramics or dishes passed on by baba which can be incorporated into your creation.
