Join us for a 90-minute session to understand your options for living well and managing your diabetes.
You can learn to live well with diabetes! Learn how different foods change your blood sugar and find out how to make snacks and meals so you can better control your blood sugar.
We will talk about the importance of physical activity and how to exercise safely.
It is beneficial to take the Diabetes 101 class to learn more about living with diabetes.
