A free instore event at the Community Natural Foods Old Strathcona Market. Join us for our second in-person Gluten Free Living 101 session, presented in collaboration with the Edmonton Celiac Association. Gain valuable insights into celiac disease and living gluten-free through an informative presentation.

We are delighted to host our second in person Gluten Free Living 101 session in collaboration with Community Natural Foods. We will start with a presentation on all things celiac disease and gluten free living and then break into two groups for a guided grocery store tour. This meeting is primarily aimed at those who are newly diagnosed or whom are the caregivers of a newly diagnosed child but it may prove valuable to those who are requiring extra help with reading labels. Spaces are limited - please select a MAXIMUM of two spaces (one for yourself and one for a support person if needed). This session is not suitable for young children.
