In Ghosts of Ortona: Reckoning with the Traumas of Canadian World War II Veterans, Cosh draws on interviews with Canadian and German veterans and Italian civilians to explore the Battle of Ortona and its long aftermath in the lives of those who experienced it. He'll talk about his encounters with the veterans, the research and writing of the book, and what he learned from returning to their stories many years later.

The presentation will include a brief reading, followed by questions and discussion. Audreys Books will be on hand with copies available for purchase and signing.
