Human rights are fundamental to protecting individuals, ensuring dignity, and preventing discrimination. But how do these rights intersect with the diverse experiences, identities, and perspectives that shape our workplaces and communities?
Join Saniya Ghalehdar, Colbourne Institute facilitator, for a free online webinar exploring the foundations of human rights and their role in fostering respectful, inclusive spaces. Participants will consider how human rights shape everyday policies, practices and interactions, and identify practical ways to help people feel valued and protected.
This webinar is part of a free workplace inclusion series presented by the Colbourne Institute for Inclusive Leadership.
