The Men’s Collective
Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026
2:00pm to 5:00pm
25
Once a month, host Jay Radwan sits down with a man who has been through something and come out the other side. You hear how he did it. You ask your questions. Then the room keeps talking.
Most men are carrying more than they say out loud.
The pressure of being the one everyone counts on. Work that takes more than it gives back. Money that doesn’t stretch as far as it used to. And nowhere to talk about any of it.
We asked men across Edmonton what’s missing. The same answer kept coming back. There’s no place to have an honest conversation without feeling judged.
The Men’s Collective is that place. Once a month, host Jay Radwan sits down with a man who has been through something and come out the other side. You hear how he did it. You ask your questions. Then the room keeps talking.
Come as you are. Leave the ego at the door.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• A sit down conversation between Jay and a guest who has lived what he’s talking about
• Takeaways you can use at home, at work, and with the people who count on you
• Open Q&A. Ask what you actually want to know.
• Time before and after to meet men at every age and stage of life
• Food and drinks available at The Bell
• A relaxed Sunday afternoon. No dress code, no pressure.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Business owners working out how to provide. Men between jobs, or in one that pays less than it should. Dads. Sons. Young guys who want to hear from someone who’s been there. Older guys with something to pass on. Anyone who wants to learn something useful and meet men they wouldn’t otherwise cross paths with.
WHAT THIS ISN’T
Another networking night. Another round of golf and beers where nobody says anything real. A support group or a therapy session. Nobody here thinks you’re broken, and nobody is going to try to fix you.
ABOUT YOUR HOST
Jay Radwan is an Edmonton breathwork and life coach who works with people who are exhausted from constantly pushing through. They look fine. They aren’t. Her work is rooted in nervous system regulation, helping adults slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable habits. She started The Men’s Collective because she kept meeting men who had nobody to turn to. There are plenty of spaces built for women, which is great. Men rarely get one. Jay wants a room where vulnerability, connection, and strength can sit at the same table.
