Residential construction can be complex - and overtime, has become increasingly more costly. Join us for a Builder Breakfast that pulls back the curtain on the cost drivers in homebuilding: labour shortages, material volatility, overhead pressures, safety requirements, and the growing influence on Workers Compensation Board on trade pricing.

Our expert panel will give us the inside track on how costs are calculated, where hidden pressures emerge, and what builders can do to stay competitive without compromising quality or safety. Learn how to plan better, price smarter, and mitigate risks with insights you can apply immediately to your upcoming projects.

Moderated by Leah Nord, Senior Director Operations & Governance, BILD Alberta, we will hear from experts:

Kristofer Dasilva, Field & Operations Manager, Akash Group of Companies
Steve Weiss, President, Legacy Heating & Cooling
Jeff Maronese, Construction Manager, Rohit Group of Companies
Kyle Kirillo, Operations Manager, Star Mechanical

Doors Open/Breakfast Begins: 7:00 a.m.
