As conversations around gender identity and pronouns continue to evolve, the BILD Women Committee is interested in learning more about why inclusive language and practices matter, how organizations can create more welcoming workplaces, and what employees and leaders should know to navigate these conversations thoughtfully and respectfully.

Meagan Moore, Partner at HR Off Script will be joining the BILD Women Committee to explore why this conversation is important and share resources for best practice in the workplace.
