We are honoured to host Arnaud Trouvé, Export Manager for Domaine Devillard, who will guide guests through five exceptional wines — including a rare Premier Cru — each one poured with the stories and philosophy of the estate behind it. THE MENU Executive Chef Karl has designed a five-course menu that speaks the same language as the wines: restraint, precision, and deep flavour. The evening opens with Ravioles De Royans Aux Truffles paired with a bright Mercurey Blanc, moves through an Époisse Cheese Tart and a seared Duck Breast, and builds to the crescendo — Beef Cheek Bourguignon alongside two expressions of Nuits-Saint-Georges, including the 1er Cru Terres Blanches. A Nonnettes Style Opera Cake closes the night on a gracefully sweet note. THE WINES Domaine Devillard’s holdings span some of Burgundy’s most coveted terroirs. Over the course of the dinner, Arnaud will pour the Château Chamirey Mercurey Blanc and Rouge, the Domaine Des Perdrix Vosne-Romanée, and two distinct Nuits-Saint-Georges — the village cuvée and the structured, age-worthy 1er Cru Terres Blanches. For guests who fall in love with a bottle, wines will be available for purchase after dinner to take home.
