The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a welcome reception and a glass of Delamotte Champagne, followed by dinner at 7:00 PM. Our Sous Chefs have composed a four-course steak menu showcasing Alberta beef, with each course accompanied by a refined amuse and thoughtfully selected Tenuta Fanti wine pairing. Select courses will be plated tableside, offering guests an intimate view of Braven's culinary team at work.

Throughout the evening, Tenuta Fanti's Head Winemaker will guide guests through a curated selection of the estate's acclaimed wines, sharing the stories, traditions, and winemaking philosophy behind each pour. Guests will experience a progression of wines from Tuscany's celebrated Montalcino region, thoughtfully matched to each course. The evening concludes with dessert and an Italian amaro.
