This is a free, low-commitment, 2-hour workshop designed for early-stage founders who have an idea but want to pressure-test it. You’ll work through a simple, practical lean canvas framework – a one-page snapshot of your business idea that highlights what you’re building, who it’s for, and what problem you’re solving so you can validate your idea faster.

After this workshop, you’ll be able to:

  • Articulate the problem you want to explore
  • Identify your early customer or user
  • Map your idea using a Lean Canvas
  • Decide whether your idea is worth validating further
  • Leave with clearer sense of direction and next steps
