The Fulton Place Summer Concert Series is sponsored by Fulton Place Community League. These concerts are for all Greater Hardisty and SECLA residents, and are free to attend. Musicians may have merchandise available for purchase during the shows.

In 1966 Larry and Kenny Chalmers started a band in Edmonton called Warp Factor

They played community halls and schools around the province to appreciative audiences. They acquired a manager Paul Winterton, who got them booked on festivals, light shows and opening spots for The Who, Cream and Led Zeppelin.

The band broke up in 1970 and the brothers musically went their separate ways until the summer of 2025 when they decided they would restart the band. They found three terrific musicians in Ron Rault, Percy Marshall and Miles Wilkinson and Warp Factor was reborn. Each member was in agreement to perform songs from 1965 to 1969 with an emphasis on the British Invasion.
