Poly Pocket came together when Katie Perman (voice) and Devin Hart (keys) decided they just wanted to make music that “feels good”.

Line-up:
Katie Perman – Vocals
Devin Hart – Keyboards
Kim Lesaca – Bass
Peter Hendrickson – Drums

Drawing inspiration from jazz, r&b, and electronic music they joined with Peter Hendrickson (drums) and Kim Lesaca (bass) to create a live show that draws equally from Robert Glasper as it does from Massive Attack. Fueled by tight grooves, expressive melodies, and immersive solos, the group takes the jazz form and improvisational elements from jazz and applies them to music from a variety of genres, ranging from songs written by jazz greats like Herbie Hancock to new artists like Thundercat and Robert Glasper.
