Saturdays from June 20 to September 19, 2026, Rice Howard Way is turning up the volume, with live music, patio energy, local businesses, and Entertainment District activity in the heart of downtown Edmonton. Start here before the show. Drift in after the market. Wander over between festivals. Gather your friends, explore the programming and grab something delicious from a local spot. Summer Block Parties are the perfect casual hangout. Let Downtown surprise you!

We're kicking things off with Pride-season block party energy, live music, local art, and a very good reason to linger on Rice Howard Way.

The first Summer Block Party features music from DJ Kena Leon, Maria Dunn, and Shawnee Kish, alongside block activity from participating businesses and nearby partners.

Also on the block: Latitude 53's Summer Market Art Show fundraiser, rainbow patio lights at Sherlock Holmes Pub, Pride accessories at The Artworks, and more local details as they are confirmed.

Come for the music. Stay for the block. Meet us On The Way.
