See the Skill. Not Bias.

This is not a typical industry event.

On June 18th, Trade Winds to Success invites you to the world premiere of See the Skill. Not Bias. — a mini-documentary series that puts Indigenous tradespeople front and centre, tells their stories with honesty and asks Albertans to take a hard look at the bias that gets in the way of great work.

The films are real. The people in them are real. And the conversation we need to have about racism in the trades is long overdue.

We're starting it here.

Through these stories, we aim to challenge the stereotypes that hold Indigenous tradespeople back and highlight the strength, resilience and talent that is there.
