To celebrate Pride Month, EPL is proud to present Olympic gold medalist Mark Tewksbury for an inspiring evening of conversation on sport, identity and the power of inclusion. As Canada's first openly gay Olympian, Mark's courageous coming out sparked national dialogue and helped pave the way for greater visibility and acceptance in sport.

Mark will share stories from his athletic career, reflect on the challenges and triumphs of advocacy, and explore the ongoing importance of equity, diversity, and 2SLGBTQ+ rights. From speaking at the United Nations to mentoring athletes competing in challenging global environments, his journey highlights the impact of standing up for fairness and belonging.
