The relationship between the board chair and the CEO is one of the most critical drivers of effective governance and organizational success. This session will explore how a strong, trust-based chair–CEO relationship supports strategic alignment, constructive challenge, and clear accountability.

Participants will gain insight into roles and boundaries, communication best practices, and common tensions that can arise between governance and management. The discussion will also examine how chairs and CEOs work together during times of change, crisis, and succession, and what "good" looks like in high-performing board–CEO partnerships.

Note: All ticket sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
