Join us as we welcome Marthinus ven der Vyver from Ken Forrester Wines for this one night only exclusive dinner event. Marthinus has spent over 11 years with Ken Forrester as their North American Export Director.
Guests will be treated to a paired, bespoke menu curated by Chef Blair Lebsack and Chef Jared Dunn.
Nestled in the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain, in the heart of Stellenbosch, Ken Forrester is globally recognized as the "Home of Chenin Blanc". Founded in 1993, the winery is celebrated for producing award-winning, terroir-driven wines.
They farm sustainably with no herbicides or pesticides. The ground is tilled, vines & leaves pruned and, finally fruits all harvested by hand. This extra effort goes into improving the quality of their wines and also improving the life of the local community.
