The meeting will begin at 3 p.m. sharp with a presentation by Geoff Holroyd, Chair of the Beaver Hills Bird Observatory.

Business and elections will follow at 3 p.m.

Coffee and tea will be served. Other treats will be welcome.

If you register with your email, we will send you the reports package a few days before the meeting so that you have time to review them. In your RSVP you can also request to receive a printed copy at the AGM.

You can register your family members at the same time.
