Listen in as our expert, Calista Naismith, shares information on treating chronic pelvic and abdominal pain, sexual dysfunction, individuals with a history of trauma, pediatric pelvic health concerns, and endometriosis/adenomyosis. Discover how these topics may be impacting you, and what treatment options may be available.

Calista Naismith is a licensed physiotherapist with extensive training and experience in pelvic health, pelvic floor dysfunction and sexual health. She graduated with her Master's in Physical Therapy in 2018 from the University of Alberta and then went on to obtain her PhD in Clinical Sexology in 2022. Calista firmly believes in being a lifelong learner and takes every opportunity she can to expand her knowledge, especially in pelvic health.
