Formerly known as GLOW, this parade is back with a fresh coat of paint! Join CO*LAB for their 10 year anniversary of GLOW, now named MARCH!

For one night only, the streets of downtown Edmonton will light up with lovingly crafted and stunningly beautiful lantern creatures! After the parade, catch a full night of performances.

Parade night kicks off with a free mini lantern-making workshop from 5PM – 7:30PM, so make sure you show up early!

In 2021, a fire destroyed CO*LAB's lantern collection. They are now committed to rebuilding and expanding their collection so the festival can grow each year! If you create a lantern with CO*LAB, please consider donating the piece to the collection. If you are utterly in love with your creation, CO*LAB encourages you to take it with you with an invitation to join them again for their next parade!

Schedule:

Free mini workshop: 5 PM – 7:30 PM

Lantern Parade: 8PM – 9PM

Performances: 9 PM – Late

Make sure to check out their weekly Open Play Workshops leading up to the event for more lantern-making fun.
