Monoceros is a modern-day version of The Wizard of Oz with bite. Faraday dreams of being a large animal veterinarian but just feels ordinary. But when a classmate’s death interrupts her personal journey, she sets herself -- and those connected to the deceased boy Ethan --on a quest to get what she thinks he would’ve wanted: a Unicorn assistance certificate from the Unicorn Society of Lethbridge. A look at the ripple effects - both poignant and funny - of tragedy in a community. Based on the award winning Canadian novel.
