Sogand Zakerhaghighi is a trauma-informed Mental Health Professional, inclusive content creator, and trusted wellness voice with a global audience of over two million. She holds a Master's degree in Counselling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology, with advanced training in Health and Wellness Coaching and Cyber-Counselling.

Sogand recently completed dual Religious Order doctorates in Pastoral Counselling and Religious Studies. Her work bridges clinical insight, spirituality, and accessible mental health education. In addition to her clinical and academic background, she has served as a Mental Wellness Columnist for various news outlets and currently contributes to TURN 97.9 FM on a bi-weekly basis as a Mental-Health Broadcaster. Through media, education, and digital platforms, Sogand is recognized for making evidence-based mental support compassionate, inclusive, and widely accessible.
