This presentation will explore common driving challenges that happen as we age and provide strategies to adjust driving habits so we can stay safe and happy while on the road.

Many older adults have a lifetime of valuable driving experience. However, changes in vision, physical fitness, reflexes and driving environments can affect our ability to drive safely.

Presented in partnership with the Alberta Health Services Edmonton Zone - Population Health Promotion. Have questions about other programs and resources they offer? Contact their team directly at injury.preventionedmonton@ahs.ca.
