Join us for an intentional paint night that reimagines Black bodies and Black art as acts of resistance.

This evening is rooted in creative expression, reclamation, and healing. Through painting the Black body, we challenge dominant narratives that frame Blackness as dangerous, disposable, or “too much,” and instead center Black bodies as sites of beauty, softness, joy, power, and full humanity.

🧺 What to Bring

Just yourself and an openness to create. All painting materials will be provided.

🌸 What to Expect

A guided, reflective paint night focused on expression rather than perfection. This is a space for presence, storytelling through art, and creating in community. No prior art experience is needed.

🫂 Who It’s For

This event is for Black folks and allies seeking a meaningful, creative space rooted in care, connection, and liberation. Whether you’re an experienced artist or simply curious, you’re welcome to come as you are.
