This session provides you with key information to help you find and bid on opportunities to sell professional services to the Government of Canada.

In this session you will learn:

  • The basics of how the government buys services

  • How to register as a supplier for the federal government

  • How to register in sourcing tools for professional services, including the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) ePortal and SELECT

  • Where to find information and resources for professional services providers

This session is #6 in a 6-part series on federal procurement:

  • Myth Busting Government Procurement – November 6

  • Introduction to Federal Procurement – November 20

  • How the Government Buys What You Sell – December 4

  • Bidding on Opportunities – December 18

  • Finding Opportunities and Registering as a Supplier – January 8

  • Supplying Professional Services – January 22

You can take in all six sessions or simply join the ones that best suit your business needs. If you happen to miss one, that’s okay—we can connect you with a Procurement Assistance Canada specialist to help answer your questions and get you back on track.
