We are delighted to host the next Gluten Free Living 101 session: Grocery Store Edition!

We will start with a presentation on all things celiac disease and gluten-related conditions, and dive into tips for safe food purchasing, label reading and sourcing local gluten free food.  This presentation will be facilitated by a registered dietitian and all of your questions are welcomed. After the presentation, you will be led on a guided grocery store tour to get an in-depth look at ingredients, labels and product options

This meeting is primarily aimed at those who are newly diagnosed or whom are the caregivers of a newly diagnosed child, as well as those who support someone with celiac disease or a gluten-related condition.Spaces are limited.
