Join us for an evening of original modern jazz music by the Simon Williams ensemble, a 7 piece combo with members originally hailing from around the world. Expect a mix of high-energy originals and thoughtfully arranged unconventional popular pieces from across genres and styles as these world-class improvisers take the stage. This group is conceptually based around a contemporary aesthetic where the piano, guitar, and vibraphone take centre stage; featuring internationally renowned vibraphonist Michael Davidson (Toronto, Canada), recent Berklee global masters graduate Guitarist Matt Greenwood (Harare, Zimbabwe), and composer/producer/pianist Simon Williams (Edmonton, Canada)
