George Spady Society will present Housing and Recovery: Parallel Journeys

In this upcoming session titled “Housing and Recovery: Parallel Journeys,” led by Trueman Macdonald, Senior Manager: Recovery Treatment Team, EPS Support Teams, we will explore Housing and Recovery. The Recovery Treatment Team (RTT) applies a recovery-focused approach to securing housing and supporting individuals on their recovery journey. This presentation will outline the parallel pathways our participants navigate within the program: one leading to safe, stable housing following treatment, and the other focused on building recovery capital to sustain long-term housing and wellness outcomes. We will explore key program components including eligibility criteria, safe housing, participant partnership agreements, and the use of recovery capital assessment as a tool for case management.
