This one-day event offers tools, encouragement, and a supportive space for those who are caring for an aging family member or aging adult.

Are you supporting an aging parent, partner, friend, neighbour, or other older adult in your life, while also balancing work, family, or other responsibilities?

It can feel like you're in the middle of it all — pulled in different directions, with very little space for yourself.

Well, we see you.

And we’ve created a special day with you in mind.

This one-day event offers tools, encouragement, and a supportive space for those who are often holding everything together in the background.

You’ll experience:

✔ Two powerful sessions — one to help you navigate systems and make confident decisions, and another to focus on your mental health, identity, and well-being

✔ Access to trusted local organizations and services who understand this journey

✔ Lunch, refreshments & giveaways

✨ Come as you are. Leave feeling seen, supported, and less alone.

Space is limited – reserve your seat today!
