This exclusive five-course dinner is thoughtfully crafted by Owner Scott Downey and Head Chef Bryce Wyman, each dish paired to perfection with six exceptional French wines curated by Joe Gurba of VINO AL VINO Imports.
The evening begins with a vintage Champagne Joffrey Brut (2016) and moves through a hand-selected journey of Alsace Pinot Blanc, Muscadet, Chinon Cabernet Franc, Saint-Joseph Syrah, and concludes with a luscious Monbazillac dessert wine.
