Get ready to elevate your energy and reconnect with your purpose during an inspiring day designed for women, by women.

The Stollery Women's Network invites you to our third annual UpliftHer Wellness Fundraiser Event, presented by The Thompson Family Foundation in support of the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.

Get ready to elevate your energy and reconnect with your purpose during an inspiring day designed for women, by women. Join us Sunday, October 5, 2025, at The Westin Edmonton from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM for a curated wellness experience that blends movement, mindset, and meaning; all in true athleisure-chic style.

We'll begin the day with nourishing morning bites, complimentary bubbly, and time to explore a vibrant vendor market featuring local wellness brands. Then, together, we'll ground into the day with a guided group meditation, an opportunity to set intentions and arrive fully in the moment. From there, you'll choose your own wellness path with breakout sessions designed to invigorate the body, mind, and spirit; whether you're craving something active or a more reflective experience.

To simplify the registration experience, we're not collecting breakout session choices through Eventbrite. Instead, you'll receive a follow-up email after purchasing your ticket to confirm your session preferences, note any dietary restrictions, and identify any accessibility needs. This ensures we can provide a personalized and inclusive experience for every guest.

Our keynote speaker, Jillian Schecher, will guide us through The Power of Joyful Living: Reclaiming Peace, Purpose, and Possibility—a transformative talk and experience focused on reconnecting with yourself and giving from a place of overflow. Jillian will share:

  • The truth about joy
  • Joy as a strategy and daily practice
  • The Joy Method: a simple and powerful approach to feeling better
  • Tools for everyday joy—like meditation and journaling

After lunch and uplifting connection time with our community (DJ, photo booth, wellness stations, and more), you'll dive into a second breakout session of your choice. The day wraps with one last chance to shop, network, and head home feeling grounded, glowing, and genuinely uplifted—swag bag in hand.

Support a Greater Cause

This event isn't just about wellness, it's about giving back. Throughout the day, you'll have the chance to support children's health through our raffle and silent auction, with all proceeds benefiting the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. We encourage guests to bring a payment method and take part in these meaningful fundraising moments - every bid and ticket purchased makes a difference.

TICKETS Early Bird: $140 (limited quantity available) | Standard: $165

Your ticket includes:

  • Morning snack & nourishing lunch
  • Inspirational keynote with Jillian Schecher
  • Two curated breakout sessions (selected post-purchase via email)
  • Stollery stories & community connection
  • Local vendor market access
  • DJ, photo booth & wellness lounge vibes
  • Exclusive swag bag

Whether you're craving a reset, seeking inspiration, or just want to spend the day surrounded by empowering women, UpliftHer 2025 is your invitation to rise.
