The Between Us series, presented by Alberta Blue Cross and hosted by the Lois Hole Hospital Women's Society, focuses on providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for sharing expert knowledge and discussing important women's health topics.

Did you know that 74% of women in Canada feel their health concerns are not taken seriously?

Join us on Thursday, October 2nd, for a special in-person session of Between Us in celebration of the start of our 2025 season! Come together at the Royal Alexandra Hospital and partake in an engaging session with Elisa Proulx as you explore how self-advocacy can be used as a powerful tool in navigating your personal health journey. Light snacks and refreshments will be available as you connect with others in a welcoming and supportive setting. Learn how to build confidence, communicate clearly, and make your voice count in every conversation about your well-being. This session will offer practical strategies to help you advocate for your needs, ask the right questions, and take an active role in your care with clarity and self-assurance.
