Join us for a delicious and enlightening event celebrating Indigenous cuisine and culture! Hosted at the Queen Alexandra Community League, this gathering explores how food serves as a powerful tool for cultural preservation, resistance, and community building.

Experience the richness of Indigenous traditions through:

  • Traditional dishes prepared and shared by Indigenous facilitators
  • Stories and teachings about the history and significance of these foods
  • Live Indigenous dance performance, featuring dancers showcasing traditional regalia

This is a unique opportunity to honour Indigenous knowledge, connect through food, and support local Indigenous communities. Don't miss out on this flavorful and meaningful journey toward deeper understanding and appreciation.

This event is open to EVERYONE - families, youth, and community members of all backgrounds are welcome! Childminding provided.
