This summer, indulge your senses in The Olfactory Garden, a luxurious afternoon of perfumery, flavour, and natural beauty. Surrounded by the elegance of the Aga Khan Garden, you’ll join an apprentice perfumer to explore the art of fragrance-making and create your own ready-to-wear perfume. Then, relax and enjoy a high tea inspired by the world of scent, designed by Chef Kayla and The Party People Catering Company.

Each experience includes a hands-on perfumery workshop led by an apprentice perfumer where you’ll receive an introduction to the art of perfumery. You'll craft a fragrance that’s uniquely yours using a carefully curated selection of essential oils, absolutes, and other materials from renowned fragrance houses Givaudan, Firmenich, and IFF. After the workshop, you’ll be treated to a beautiful seasonal high tea with either non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage options.

The workshop runs for about three hours, followed by a one-hour seated high tea service. All materials are provided, and your ticket includes the workshop, the high tea, and full admission to the Garden.

We expect this one-of-a-kind experience to sell out fast and recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
