When building a project or company there is the Why (the problem), the What (your solution), and the How–Startup Ops is all about How you are going to build. So, if you’d like to learn the basics of the different ways you can build and walk away with an understanding of a way of building that works for you, then sign up for the Startup Ops mini series hosted in person at Edmonton Unlimited!

In the second session we will continue narratives, signals, and indicators and then go into metrics. By the conclusion of the mini series, attendees should have a good sense of how to speak about what they are trying to build to different stakeholders, what is important to measure in their business, and be able to make some informed decisions on how they want to build their business.

Colin MacDonald is the Program Specialist of Accelerate at Edmonton Unlimited, supporting startups through the Venture pipeline and leads amazing workshops with Alberta Catalyzer. He brings over a decade of experience spanning B2C, B2B, and stakeholder engagement. He is passionate about education, entrepreneurship, and the power of technology, Colin thrives on building community and is continually inspired by the innovative founders he supports—true rock stars in his eyes.
