This ONLINE support group is for anyone (18+) experiencing an eating disorder, disordered eating, and/or experiencing anxiety around food, eating, and body image. You do not need proof of diagnosis to enroll. This group is open to those with all manner of disordered eating behaviour.

Join Registered Nurse Chantelle Jensen  for a single-session support group designed to meet you where you are. This open and supportive space is for anyone navigating eating disorder recovery who is looking to ask questions, share struggles, or simply be heard. There’s no set agenda—participants guide the conversation by bringing what’s on their minds. Whether you’re looking for practical advice, emotional validation, or just a place to feel less alone, you’re welcome here.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, your concerns, or just yourself.

PLEASE NOTE: This group is intended as support, and is not a substitute for treatment. We encourage you to speak with your Physician about treatment options specific to your circumstances.

EDSNA support groups are always:

  • Professionally-facilitated by people with extensive backgrounds in eating disorders.
  • Intended to support those wishing to continue on the path of recovery in a safe, nonjudgmental environment.
  • Limited to a small number of participants to allow everyone to participate fully.
