In this workshop, you’ll learn how to assist with your loved one’s mobility needs while protecting your own physical health and safety.

As a caregiver for your loved one, are you struggling to find reliable, trustworthy, and correct information about providing safe and effective care? Do you spend more time than you have trying to locate the right resources?

NorQuest’s Family Caregiver Wellness Workshops provide free, informative training. An experienced and certified healthcare practitioner presents each workshop in an easy-to-understand manner.

Learning outcomes:

  • Learn how to better manage stress and physical burnout for both you and your loved one
  • Learn about safe body mechanics for assisting with movement in the home environment
  • Learn how to better assess your loved one’s health and ensure any negative changes are effectively communicated to a healthcare practitioner for earlier detection

In this two-hour, online workshop you’ll also learn about complimentary technology that will assist with your daily care practices and help reduce stress and pressure for you and your loved one.

Register for the workshop, and become a more confident and knowledgeable family caregiver.
