When building a project or company there is the Why (the problem), the What (your solution), and the How–Startup Ops is all about How you are going to build. So, if you’d like to learn the basics of the different ways you can build and walk away with an understanding of a way of building that works for you, then sign up for the Startup Ops mini series hosted in person at Edmonton Unlimited!

In the first session, we will review your what and your why and then go into the how to build. After I will cover Startup narratives as well as signals and indicators and workshop some of those narratives, signals, and indicators.

Colin MacDonald is the Program Specialist of Accelerate at Edmonton Unlimited, supporting startups through the Venture pipeline and leads amazing workshops with Alberta Catalyzer.
