Come together to learn about bodies and the phases of the menstrual cycle in a positive way. Let’s break the stigma and celebrate our periods!

This fun, interactive, and informative workshop is geared at youth who menstruate ages 8 to 13 to take part with a parent or trusted adult, but all are welcome.

It is a chance to learn about periods, our bodies, products and period stigma. It is an opportunity to celebrate all that our bodies can do.

Come a bit early, grab a snack, and get settled.

DOORS: 12:45 pm

WORKSHOP STARTS: 1:00 pm

YOUR $10 TICKET INCLUDEs:

  • A variety of fun activities and games

  • Slideshow and skilled volunteer facilitation

  • Detailed information about anatomy, phases of the menstrual cycle, choosing products, how to track your cycle, and much more!

  • Gift bag

  • Period starter kit
