The presentation covers an overview of modern Spontaneous Fermentation beer making techniques and the role different microorganisms and chemistry play in the process and formation of these unique beers.


Blind Enthusiasm Brewing was founded in 2016 and specializes in Spontaneous and Mixed fermentation brewing. Using historical techniques developed in Belgium, Blind Enthusiasm combines the best of old with modern technology and scientific method to create complex blends that take years to craft.
