About Delavoye Chocolate

Antoine Lavoie is the founder and chocolate maker behind Delavoye Chocolate Maker. Because of his curiosity to learn, Antoine stumbled upon chocolate making and instantly fell in love with the process. He then attended École Chocolat to learn the art of the bean-to-bar process to make unique and delicious products.

After serving 14 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, Antoine decided to change his career path and turn his passion into his own business.

Antoine's vision is to craft chocolate with purpose. At Delavoye Chocolate Maker, we are driven by our values of diversity, sustainability and community. We make chocolate to create a more vibrant world for all to enjoy.
