(Sit ‘n) Stand up to the challenge! Parkinson Awareness Day - April 11th, we are determined to complete 10,000 Sit 'n Stands as part of our bigger goal of reaching 100,000 Sit ‘n Stands in the month of April!

Join us in Edmonton as we host our Stand Up to Parkinson’s event where we invite our communities and their circles together to learn, share, enjoy and participate in an active morning. Together we will PUSH towards our goals, be active and create an IMPACT.

Join us for free coffee and baked goods,appearances from local community leaders, fitness demonstrations and the sit ‘nstand challenge!
