Learn how to make your own homemade kovbasa.

From combining fresh meat and seasonings, to choosing and stuffing a casing, the instructor will teach you everything you need to know so you can create your own delicious ring of kovbasa. You will take home at least three rings to bake or smoke at home to enjoy.
