Please join us for talks by physicians, allied health and educators. Topics include: Renal Functioning for Patients on GAHT, 2SLGBTQ+ Medical Education Guidelines, 2SLGBTQ+ Experiences in Homecare, Canadian Blood Services and 2SLGBTQIA+ Inclusion and Endocrine monitoring for Patients on GAHT! Attendees include physicians, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, therapists and medical learners. Breakfast and lunch provided.
