In this edition of Beyond The Barrel, Matt Lyon, L’OCA’s lead mixologist, will introduce you to Hawke Prohibition Distillery’s lineup of Rum, including the smooth Scoundrel RumBum, crafted with authentic Caribbean ingredients, and MapleRum, great for sipping or mixing your favourite cocktails.

While enjoying these award-winning locally crafted distilled spirits, you’ll learn in detail about Hawke Prohibition, and how they use no additives, essences, preservatives, or artificial colours to produce such rich and sweet flavours.

Each variety of Hawke Prohibition Distillery rum will be complemented with a delicious tasting plate featuring carefully selected meats and cheeses from the L’OCA Deli that will perfectly accentuate their unique.
