On March 19th, from 5 pm to 8 pm, experience a night of classic cocktails made by Will and Justin, who will each showcase their skill and passion for mixology. Come out and enjoy a selection of timeless cocktails like the Penicillin, Old Fashioned, Negroni, and more — each expertly crafted for only $12 (+eventbrite fees).

At 6:30 pm, things get even more exciting as Will and Justin face off in a thrilling speed competition. Watch as they race to see who can craft more classic cocktails for the crowd in record time. Who will take the crown? You’ll have to be there to find out!

Your ticket includes one prepaid cocktail for the speed competition, so you can cheer on your favorite bartender while sipping on your favorite drink from the extensive menu.

A Nova Scotia native who’s been making waves in Edmonton’s cocktail scene since joining Epic Market and Clementine. Will competed in the World Class regionals with Justin and is ready to bring his best to the speed competition.

Justin Draper

A home bartender turned cocktail expert, Justin’s passion for the craft led him to compete in World Class 2024. He’s now preparing for the World Class nationals and can’t wait to showcase his skills in this exciting face-off.
