Establish and grow your business with help from local business mentors.

A Mentor Meetup provides short-term mentorship to entrepreneurs who have moved beyond the idea phase and are in the startup or growth phase of their business.

The goal of a Mentor Meetup is to:

  • Expand participants’ networks
  • Share business knowledge & experiences and create connections
  • Expose mentees to the Chamber's mentor team, business support programs, and events

Audience: Business Owners/Managers with an active home-based, startup, or small businesses (typically under five employees) register for the event as a mentee.

Mentors: If you would like to join this event as a mentor please contact our Small Business Support Specialist, Amber Cook at acook@yourchamber.ca or 780-566-5454.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Upon arrival, mentees will be seated at a table. Once seated, refreshments will be available.
  • Mentors will be assigned a starting point and will rotate tables, providing coaching and mentoring for 1 - 3 of the mentees.
  • Mentees should come prepared with 2-3 mentoring questions they would like to discuss with mentors.
