Let’s pop some corks and discover the magic of sparkling wine!
The World of Bubbles is a fun and interactive tasting experience where you'll explore four different sparkling wines from around the globe.
Each wine will be expertly paired with a delicious food selection, showcasing how the unique flavours of bubbles can complement and elevate your senses.
This tasting will feature four exceptional sparkling wines: the elegant Billecart-Salmon Champagne, the vibrant Tomato Wheels Lambrusco, the captivating Cava Rosé, and the refined Franciacorta from Barone Pizzini.
These wines will each be paired with delectable culinary creations, such as L’OCA’s mouthwatering Potato & Leek Ravioli, ORO’s vibrant Vongole, an indulgent Lobster, and a delicate Burrata from our deli.
