During the webinar, Gibson will be focusing around introducing three strategy frameworks to help product leaders define their product strategy. Bringing the frameworks to life as he presents a mock 2025 product strategy for Netflix and showing how strategy influences day-to-day decision-making through two modern Netflix cases.

About Gibson

Gibson Biddle joined Netflix as VP of Product in 2005. In 2010, he became the Chief Product Officer of Chegg, a textbook rental and homework help startup that went public in 2014. Today, he’s an adviser, speaker, and guest lecturer at Stanford and INSEAD.
